Google India has honorable introduced a new production titled Google SMS Channels that lets you subscribe to info alerts, blog updates and different kinds of information equal horoscopes, jokes, stocks or symmetric cricket scores via SMS text messages.
Families or friends can create sequestered SMS groups on Google SMS channels and stay in touch via SMS without paying any fees to their service provider.
Different than receiving blog RSS feeds via SMS, you may also use the Google SMS assist to get interesting alerts and whether information on your phone.
Other stimulating concept - you don’t need phone to channelise an SMS to your group as there’s an option in Google SMS channels that lets you can write and broadcast SMS messages via the web itself. It supports Arts, Hindi, Dravidian, Dravidian, Malayalam and Kannada.
Google SMS channels currently works exclusive with with India mobile numbers but they are working towards making this available to foreign numbers.
